The site, set on a dramatic incline and facing north, posed a significant challenge: to transform the steep slope into a home that not only maximises sea views but also enhances the usable outdoor living space, creating the largest possible garden area in a seemingly limited setting.

Our Solution

A Home Shaped by Land and Landscape

Our solution embraces the topography, cascading the structure across multiple levels to create a dynamic interplay of levels — both vertically and horizontally. This thoughtful arrangement compresses and expands the space from the moment one enters the villa, gradually leading to its most elevated and privileged corner, where the home opens up to the surrounding landscape in all its glory.

Inside, this play on varying heights continues, with ceilings that alternate between intimate and grand, shaping spaces that range from cosy and enclosed to vast and awe-inspiring. Large openings reveal sweeping vistas, while the interior architecture flows seamlessly from one level to the next, inviting exploration and discovery.
