Casa F16
Our vision for Casa F16 was to create a residence that immerses its inhabitants in the beauty of nature while maintaining an atmosphere of elegance and seclusion. Each space was designed to breathe light and offer expansive views, creating an environment that feels both intimate and grand.

The Challenge
The primary challenge was the steep slope of the plot, which faced north — posing significant challenges for sunlight and access. With the access point located at the highest point of the site, we needed to design a home that would not only capture the light but also offer sweeping views, while remaining harmonious with the natural terrain.

Our Solution
To solve this, we designed large, strategically placed patios at the entrance level. These outdoor spaces serve as light wells, flooding the villa with natural light throughout the day while preserving the breathtaking views. The patios act as the lungs of the home, seamlessly connecting the interior to the surrounding landscape. By integrating the natural topography into the design, we ensured that every room enjoys a connection to the outside, creating a serene and sun-filled environment without the need for excessive infrastructure work.
